Collage Friday

Hope everyone had a great Easter.

I got to take a little "ME" vacation a few weeks ago. A few girls and myself went to Goddess Weekend at a MO State Park. It was so amazing and beautiful! I came away with many new friendships and an amazing sisterhood. Energized and refreshed. Can't wait to do it again next year!!!

I came back from that nice relaxing weekend to find total chaos that evening as we went about the daily chores. My husband was feeding the chickens and found a newborn puppy in the chicken coop crying. No sign of Momma. We looked and called for her for hours. I wrapped him up warm ,took him inside and sent the hubby to buy a bottle and formula for him. After  hours of the poor puppy crying...I wasn't sure how I was going to keep this little guy alive with my terrible problems. I was so relieved when "J" came in and announced Momma was found under the barn with 5 more puppies. She must of had then in the barn and this poor lil guy slipped through a hole between coops.  Momma must of freaked out and hid the others to protect them.

Speaking of terrible two's. We are officially in terrible two HELL!!!! My sweet and precious little Jaxon has just been sooo busy!!! I can turn my back for a min and he has two rooms destroyed. He is a very curious, messy young lad.

 On this day I walk in after switching over laundry and find this  Jaxon playing Thomas the Trains in the fireplace ~  I had to grab the camera, it was just so darn cute! He's so lucky he's such a cutey!

I love living in the country. It is so quiet, peaceful, and full of raw nature. It's been warming up here so we have spending a lot of time outside playing and learning, working in the yard and garden, and revamping the chicken coops.

The family came over for Easter. I cooked the main meal. We had an exciting egg hunt.
