~ Our Week in Review ~

The past week was CRAZY BUSY! I really admire the busy bloggers out there. I intended to blog each day, but by the end of the night I was just exhausted and couldn't think straight. Not to mention my hillbilly Internet connection we have here on the farm. It is soooo slow anymore. Something that should take 10 minutes to do is now taking me hours to complete. Maybe it's just time for a new PC.

I made Jaxon several busy boxes to occupy him while I prepare meals. The other boys liked his so much that I will be making each boy one this coming week.

We tried Yoga. LOL Oh my my. I am sooo out of shape that I was sore for days. Jaxon really had fun with me doing it while Gabe wouldn't have anything to do with it.

The little boys and I made a homemade Apple Pie. YUM!

Gabe worked on writing his name, The letters A, G, F The Numbers 3 and 5. And he did some of his workbook pages.

I couldn't get him to do any of the Ground Hog work or projects I had planned. That child can be so stubborn at times.

The new Lego sets the boys all got for Christmas is still a huge hit.

Jaxon and Gabe both worked on Fine Motor skills.

We got a phone call from Big brother GI Joe and Big brother Zach came over and had dinner with us.

We started potty training Jaxon. That didn't go so well. Hoping for much better results this week.

Bird watching this week we seen a woodpecker, cardinals, blue jays, hawk, and a huge crow.

Justin is still studying the Civil War. Nate is working on his word wall and sight words. His reading has improved quit a bit this past week.

We made laundry detergent.

I've been using this recipe now for several years.



We went to Monster Jam on Saturday. It was Nate and Gabe's first time and they had a blast. The seats we had this year were awesome! 5TH ROW! It was LOUD!

Tonight we'll be watching the Super Bowl and snackin' =0)
